Indicationsনির্দেশনা
Reumafen is indicated for the treatment of:
- Mild to moderate pain: headache, toothache, period pain, muscle and joint pain.
- Fever.
- Arthritis and other inflammatory conditions.

Dosage & Administrationমাত্রা ও সেবনবিধি
Dosage and administration of Reumafen:
- Adults: 200-400 mg every 6-8 hours with food; over-the-counter maximum 1.2 g/day (up to 2.4-3.2 g/day only under medical supervision).
- Children from 3 months: 5-10 mg/kg every 6-8 hours.

Reumafen should not be used in:
- Active peptic ulcer or GI bleeding.
- Severe heart, liver or kidney failure.
- Allergy to aspirin or other NSAIDs.
- Third trimester of pregnancy.

Precautions while using Reumafen:
- Take with food; use the lowest effective dose for the shortest time.
- Caution in the elderly, hypertension, heart disease, kidney disease and asthma.
- Long-term high doses raise the risk of heart attack and stroke.
