Indicationsনির্দেশনা
Reomen is indicated for the treatment of:
Ovulation induction in women with anovulatory infertility, including polycystic ovary syndrome.

Blocks oestrogen receptors in the brain, increasing hormones that trigger ovulation.
মস্তিষ্কে ইস্ট্রোজেন রিসেপ্টর বন্ধ করে, ফলে ডিম্বস্ফোটন ঘটানো হরমোন বাড়ে।
Dosage & Administrationমাত্রা ও সেবনবিধি
Dosage and administration of Reomen:
- Women: 50 mg daily for 5 days starting on day 2-5 of the cycle; increase to 100 mg if there is no ovulation; usually not more than 3-6 cycles.
- Specialist-directed.
Reomen-এর মাত্রা ও সেবনবিধি:
- নারী: মাসিক চক্রের ২-৫ দিন থেকে শুরু করে ৫ দিন দিনে ৫০ মিগ্রা; ডিম্বস্ফোটন না হলে ১০০ মিগ্রা পর্যন্ত বাড়ানো যায়; সাধারণত ৩-৬ চক্রের বেশি নয়।

Reomen should not be used in:
- Pregnancy.
- Liver disease; ovarian cysts; abnormal uterine bleeding; hormone-dependent tumours.

Possible side effects of Reomen:
- Hot flushes, abdominal discomfort, mood swings, headache.
- Ovarian hyperstimulation, multiple pregnancy, visual symptoms (stop and seek advice).
