Presulock is indicated for the treatment of:
High blood pressure.

Dosage and administration of Presulock:
Adults: 10-20 mg once daily; may be increased to 40 mg once daily.

Contraindicationsপ্রতিনির্দেশনা
Presulock should not be used in:
- Pregnancy.
- Hypersensitivity.
- Bilateral renal artery stenosis.
- Use with aliskiren in diabetes.

Possible side effects of Presulock:
- Dizziness, headache, fatigue.
- High potassium, kidney function changes.
- Rare: angioedema, chronic diarrhoea with weight loss (sprue-like enteropathy).
