Prednis is indicated for the treatment of:
- Inflammatory and allergic conditions; asthma and COPD flare-ups.
- Rheumatic and skin diseases; multiple sclerosis relapses.
- Prevention of organ rejection and some blood and cancer conditions (specialist).

Dosage and administration of Prednis:
- Oral: 4-48 mg daily depending on the condition, preferably in the morning.
- IV pulse therapy and injections are given under medical supervision.
- Reduce gradually after long courses.
