Prasu is indicated for the treatment of:
Prevention of clots in acute coronary syndrome treated with angioplasty (PCI).

Dosage and administration of Prasu:
Adults: loading dose 60 mg, then 10 mg once daily (5 mg if under 60 kg or 75 years and over), together with low-dose aspirin.

Prasu should not be used in:
- Active bleeding.
- Previous stroke or TIA.
- Severe liver impairment.

- Rare: serious bleeding, low platelets.

- Do not stop early without advice.
- Stop 7 days before planned surgery as advised.
