Picidin is indicated for the treatment of:
- Parkinson's disease.
- Drug-induced parkinsonism and dystonia.

Dosage and administration of Picidin:
Adults: start 2.5 mg three times daily, increased gradually to 20-30 mg daily; injection 5-10 mg IM or IV for acute dystonia.

- Narrow-angle glaucoma.
- Intestinal obstruction, urinary retention, myasthenia gravis.
