Peak is indicated for the treatment of:
- Erectile dysfunction.
- Pulmonary arterial hypertension (at a specific dose, under a specialist).

Dosage and administration of Peak:
- Erectile dysfunction: 50 mg about 1 hour before sexual activity (25-100 mg), at most once daily.
- Pulmonary hypertension: 20 mg three times daily.
- Start with 25 mg in the elderly and in liver or kidney impairment.

Peak should not be used in:
- Use with nitrates in any form, or riociguat.
- Recent heart attack or stroke, severe heart disease, severe low blood pressure.
- Loss of vision from optic nerve damage (NAION).

- Headache, flushing, indigestion, blocked nose, dizziness, blue-tinged vision.
- Rare: erection lasting more than 4 hours (seek emergency care), sudden vision or hearing loss.
