Indicationsনির্দেশনা
Paridon is indicated for the treatment of:
- Nausea and vomiting.
- Bloating, early fullness and upper abdominal discomfort (dyspepsia).
- Delayed stomach emptying.
Paridon নিম্নলিখিত ক্ষেত্রে ব্যবহৃত হয়:

Dosage and administration of Paridon:
- Adults: 10 mg up to three times daily, 15-30 minutes before meals (maximum 30 mg/day), for the shortest time possible, usually not more than one week.
- Children: by body weight.

Contraindicationsপ্রতিনির্দেশনা
Paridon should not be used in:
- Prolactin-secreting tumour; GI bleeding or obstruction.
- Moderate to severe liver impairment.
- QT prolongation, heart disease, or use with QT-prolonging or strong CYP3A4-inhibiting drugs.

- Dry mouth, headache, diarrhoea.
- Raised prolactin (breast tenderness, milk secretion).
- Rare: serious heart rhythm disturbances.
