Palnox is indicated for the treatment of:
- Prevention of nausea and vomiting caused by chemotherapy (acute and delayed).
- Prevention of post-operative nausea and vomiting.

Dosage and administration of Palnox:
Adults: 0.25 mg IV as a single dose about 30 minutes before chemotherapy; 0.075 mg IV before anaesthesia; oral 0.5 mg 1 hour before chemotherapy.
