Otelast is indicated for the treatment of:
- Active psoriatic arthritis.
- Moderate to severe plaque psoriasis.
- Oral ulcers of Behcet's disease.

Dosage and administration of Otelast:
Adults: titrate over 5 days to 30 mg twice daily; reduce to 30 mg once daily in severe kidney impairment.
