Osapiderm is indicated for the treatment of:
- Prevention of invasive fungal infections in high-risk patients.
- Oropharyngeal candidiasis; invasive aspergillosis and other infections (specialist).

Dosage and administration of Osapiderm:
Adults: delayed-release tablets 300 mg twice daily on day 1, then 300 mg once daily with food; oral suspension 200 mg three times daily; IV forms in hospital.

প্রাপ্তবয়স্ক: ডিলেইড-রিলিজ ট্যাবলেট প্রথম দিন দিনে দুইবার 300 mg, এরপর খাবারের সাথে দিনে একবার 300 mg; মুখে খাওয়ার সাসপেনশন দিনে তিনবার 200 mg; IV ফর্ম হাসপাতালে।

Contraindicationsপ্রতিনির্দেশনা
Osapiderm should not be used in:
- Hypersensitivity to azoles.
- Use with ergot alkaloids, simvastatin, lovastatin, QT-prolonging drugs such as pimozide or quinidine.
