Indicationsনির্দেশনা
Noler is indicated for the treatment of:
- Allergic rhinitis (sneezing, runny nose, itchy eyes).
- Chronic urticaria and itching due to allergy.
Noler নিম্নলিখিত ক্ষেত্রে ব্যবহৃত হয়:
- অ্যালার্জিক রাইনাইটিস (হাঁচি, নাক দিয়ে পানি পড়া, চোখ চুলকানো)।
- দীর্ঘস্থায়ী আর্টিকেরিয়া ও অ্যালার্জিজনিত চুলকানি।

Dosage and administration of Noler:
- Adults and children over 6 years: 10 mg once daily (or 5 mg twice daily).
- Children 2-5 years: 2.5 mg twice daily or 5 mg once daily.
- Use 5 mg daily in kidney impairment.
Noler-এর মাত্রা ও সেবনবিধি:
- প্রাপ্তবয়স্ক ও ৬ বছরের বেশি বয়সী শিশু: দিনে একবার 10 mg (অথবা দিনে দুইবার 5 mg)।
- ২-৫ বছরের শিশু: দিনে দুইবার 2.5 mg অথবা দিনে একবার 5 mg।
- কিডনির কার্যক্ষমতা কম থাকলে দৈনিক 5 mg ব্যবহার করুন।
