Indicationsনির্দেশনা
Nizoder is indicated for the treatment of:
- Fungal skin infections: tinea and pityriasis versicolor (cream).
- Seborrhoeic dermatitis and dandruff (shampoo).
- Oral tablets only for serious fungal infections when other treatments are unsuitable.
Nizoder নিম্নলিখিত ক্ষেত্রে ব্যবহৃত হয়:
- ছত্রাকজনিত ত্বকের সংক্রমণ: টিনিয়া ও টিনিয়া ভার্সিকালার (ক্রিম)।
- সেবোরিক ডার্মাটাইটিস ও খুশকি (শ্যাম্পু)।
- অন্য চিকিৎসা উপযুক্ত না হলে গুরুতর ছত্রাক সংক্রমণে শুধু বিশেষজ্ঞের তত্ত্বাবধানে মুখে খাওয়া।

Dosage and administration of Nizoder:
- Cream: apply once or twice daily for 2-4 weeks.
- Shampoo: twice weekly for 2-4 weeks.
- Oral: 200-400 mg daily under specialist supervision only.

- Oral use: liver disease, QT prolongation, use with QT-prolonging drugs or many CYP3A4 substrates.
