Dosage and administration of Nicor:
Adults: 10 mg twice daily (5 mg twice daily to start); may be increased to 20 mg twice daily.

Nicor should not be used in:
- Cardiogenic shock, severe low blood pressure, low blood volume.
- Use with PDE5 inhibitors (sildenafil, tadalafil) or riociguat; acute pulmonary oedema.
