Indicationsনির্দেশনা
Nexrab is indicated for the treatment of:
- Gastro-oesophageal reflux disease (GERD).
- Duodenal and gastric ulcer.
- H. pylori eradication (with antibiotics).
- Zollinger-Ellison syndrome.

Dosage & Administrationমাত্রা ও সেবনবিধি
Dosage and administration of Nexrab:
- Adults: 10-20 mg once daily; 20 mg once daily for 4-8 weeks for ulcers and GERD; Zollinger-Ellison syndrome starts at 60 mg daily.
- Swallow the tablet whole.

- Exclude stomach cancer before starting when alarm symptoms are present.
- Use the lowest effective dose for the shortest time.
- Long-term use may lower magnesium and vitamin B12.
