Indicationsনির্দেশনা
Nebactil is indicated for the treatment of:
- Uncomplicated lower urinary tract infections.
- Shigellosis (when sensitive).
Nebactil নিম্নলিখিত ক্ষেত্রে ব্যবহৃত হয়:
- জটিলতাহীন নিচের মূত্রনালির সংক্রমণ।
- সংবেদনশীল ক্ষেত্রে শিগেলোসিস।
Pharmacologyফার্মাকোলজি
Blocks bacterial DNA gyrase and topoisomerase IV.
ব্যাকটেরিয়ার DNA গাইরেজ ও টপোআইসোমারেজ IV বন্ধ করে।
Dosage & Administrationমাত্রা ও সেবনবিধি
Dosage and administration of Nebactil:
- Adults: 1 g four times daily for 7 days, reduced after 2 weeks in long courses.
- Children: 55 mg/kg/day in divided doses.
Nebactil-এর মাত্রা ও সেবনবিধি:
- প্রাপ্তবয়স্ক: ৭ দিন দিনে চারবার ১ গ্রাম; দীর্ঘ কোর্সে ২ সপ্তাহ পর মাত্রা কমান।
- শিশু: ভাগ করে দিনে ৫৫ মিগ্রা/কেজি।
Interactionড্রাগ ইন্টারঅ্যাকশন
Nebactil may interact with:
Warfarin (raises effect), nitrofurantoin (antagonism), antacids.
Nebactil-এর সাথে যেসব ওষুধের ইন্টারঅ্যাকশন হতে পারে:
ওয়ারফারিন (প্রভাব বাড়ায়), নাইট্রোফুরান্টয়িন (বিপরীত প্রভাব), অ্যান্টাসিড।
Contraindicationsপ্রতিনির্দেশনা
Nebactil should not be used in:
- Epilepsy or seizure history; porphyria.
- G6PD deficiency; hypersensitivity.
Nebactil যাদের ক্ষেত্রে ব্যবহার করা উচিত নয়:
- মৃগী বা খিঁচুনির ইতিহাস; পরফাইরিয়া।
- G6PD ঘাটতি; অ্যালার্জি থাকলে।
Side Effectsপার্শ্বপ্রতিক্রিয়া
Possible side effects of Nebactil:
- Nausea, vomiting, diarrhoea, headache, dizziness, rash, sensitivity to sunlight.
- Rare: raised pressure in the skull, seizures.
Nebactil-এর সম্ভাব্য পার্শ্বপ্রতিক্রিয়া:
- বমি বমি ভাব, বমি, ডায়রিয়া, মাথাব্যথা, মাথা ঘোরা, র্যাশ, রোদে সংবেদনশীলতা।
- বিরল: মাথার খুলির ভেতরের চাপ বৃদ্ধি, খিঁচুনি।

Precautions while using Nebactil:
- Avoid sunlight; avoid in infants under 3 months.
- Periodic blood and liver tests with long use.
Nebactil ব্যবহারের সময় সতর্কতা:
- রোদ এড়িয়ে চলুন; ৩ মাসের কম বয়সী শিশুদের ক্ষেত্রে এড়িয়ে চলুন।
- দীর্ঘদিন ব্যবহারে নিয়মিত রক্ত ও লিভার পরীক্ষা করুন।
