Indicationsনির্দেশনা
Napsod is indicated for the treatment of:
- Osteoarthritis, rheumatoid arthritis and ankylosing spondylitis.
- Acute gout.
- Musculoskeletal pain, painful periods, headache and migraine.
Napsod নিম্নলিখিত ক্ষেত্রে ব্যবহৃত হয়:
- অস্টিওআর্থ্রাইটিস, রিউমাটয়েড আর্থ্রাইটিস ও অ্যানকাইলোজিং স্পন্ডিলাইটিস।
- তীব্র গাউট।
- পেশি-জয়েন্টের ব্যথা, মাসিকের ব্যথা, মাথাব্যথা ও মাইগ্রেন।

Dosage & Administrationমাত্রা ও সেবনবিধি
Dosage and administration of Napsod:
- Adults: 250-500 mg twice daily with food; acute gout 750 mg followed by 250 mg every 8 hours.
- Use the lowest effective dose for the shortest time.
Napsod-এর মাত্রা ও সেবনবিধি:
- প্রাপ্তবয়স্ক: খাবারের সাথে দিনে দুইবার 250-500 mg; তীব্র গাউটে প্রথমে 750 mg, এরপর প্রতি ৮ ঘণ্টা অন্তর 250 mg।
- সবচেয়ে কম কার্যকর মাত্রায় সবচেয়ে অল্প সময়ের জন্য ব্যবহার করুন।

Contraindicationsপ্রতিনির্দেশনা
Napsod should not be used in:
- Active peptic ulcer or GI bleeding.
- Severe heart, liver or kidney failure.
- Allergy to aspirin or other NSAIDs.
- Third trimester of pregnancy.

Precautions while using Napsod:
- Take with food; use the lowest effective dose for the shortest time.
- Caution in the elderly, hypertension, heart disease, kidney disease and asthma.
- Long-term high doses raise the risk of heart attack and stroke.
