Naproxen Plus is indicated for the treatment of:
Relief of symptoms of osteoarthritis, rheumatoid arthritis and ankylosing spondylitis in patients at risk of NSAID-related stomach or duodenal ulcers.

Dosage and administration of Naproxen Plus:
- Adults: one tablet (naproxen 500 mg with esomeprazole 20 mg) twice daily, swallowed whole at least 30 minutes before food.
- Use for the shortest time possible.

- প্রাপ্তবয়স্ক: দিনে দুইবার একটি ট্যাবলেট (ন্যাপ্রক্সেন 500 mg ও এসোমেপ্রাজল 20 mg), খাবারের অন্তত ৩০ মিনিট আগে আস্ত গিলে।

Naproxen Plus should not be used in:
- Active ulcer or GI bleeding.
- Severe heart, liver or kidney failure.
- Allergy to aspirin, NSAIDs or proton pump inhibitors.
- Third trimester of pregnancy.

- Indigestion, abdominal pain, nausea, diarrhoea, headache.
- Raised blood pressure, fluid retention; long-term high doses raise the risk of heart attack and stroke.
