Indicationsনির্দেশনা
Nalbufin is indicated for the treatment of:
- Moderate to severe pain, including before and after surgery.
- Analgesia during labour (as directed).

Acts on opioid receptors to relieve pain with a ceiling on breathing depression.
ওপিওয়েড রিসেপ্টরে কাজ করে ব্যথা কমায়, শ্বাসের অবসাদের একটি সীমা (সিলিং) থাকে।
Dosage & Administrationমাত্রা ও সেবনবিধি
Dosage and administration of Nalbufin:
- Adults: 10-20 mg SC, IM or IV every 3-6 hours as needed (maximum 160 mg/day).
- Hospital or supervised use.
Nalbufin-এর মাত্রা ও সেবনবিধি:
- প্রাপ্তবয়স্ক: প্রয়োজনে প্রতি ৩-৬ ঘণ্টায় চামড়ার নিচে, পেশিতে বা শিরায় ১০-২০ মিগ্রা (সর্বোচ্চ ১৬০ মিগ্রা/দিন)।
- হাসপাতালে বা তত্ত্বাবধানে ব্যবহার করুন।
Interactionড্রাগ ইন্টারঅ্যাকশন
Nalbufin may interact with:
Alcohol, benzodiazepines and other sedatives, other opioids.

Contraindicationsপ্রতিনির্দেশনা
Nalbufin should not be used in:
- Respiratory depression.
- Hypersensitivity.

Possible side effects of Nalbufin:

- Respiratory depression; withdrawal symptoms in opioid-dependent people.
