Indicationsনির্দেশনা
Moxquin is indicated for the treatment of:
- Community-acquired pneumonia; acute sinusitis; flare-ups of chronic bronchitis.
- Skin and soft tissue infections; complicated intra-abdominal infections.
- Bacterial conjunctivitis (eye drops).

Dosage and administration of Moxquin:
Adults: 400 mg once daily for 5-14 days depending on the infection; eye drops as per the label.

Antacids, calcium, iron and zinc (separate the doses); warfarin; NSAIDs; QT-prolonging drugs; corticosteroids (tendon risk); antidiabetic drugs (blood sugar changes).

Contraindicationsপ্রতিনির্দেশনা
Moxquin should not be used in:
- Hypersensitivity to quinolones.
- History of tendon disorder with quinolones.
- QT prolongation, low potassium, severe slow heart rate, severe liver impairment.

Side Effectsপার্শ্বপ্রতিক্রিয়া
Possible side effects of Moxquin:
- Nausea, diarrhoea, headache, dizziness, rash.
- Tendon pain or rupture, nerve damage (tingling), mood changes, QT prolongation, blood sugar changes.
Moxquin-এর সম্ভাব্য পার্শ্বপ্রতিক্রিয়া:
- বমি বমি ভাব, ডায়রিয়া, মাথাব্যথা, মাথা ঘোরা, ত্বকে র্যাশ।

Precautions & Warningsসতর্কতা
Precautions while using Moxquin:
- Stop and seek advice if tendon pain, tingling or mood change occurs.
- Avoid in children and adolescents unless no alternative.
- Caution with heart rhythm problems, myasthenia gravis and epilepsy.
- Avoid excess sunlight.
Moxquin ব্যবহারের সময় সতর্কতা:
- টেন্ডনে ব্যথা, ঝিনঝিন বা মেজাজের পরিবর্তন হলে ওষুধ বন্ধ করে চিকিৎসকের পরামর্শ নিন।
- বিকল্প না থাকলে শিশু ও কিশোরদের ক্ষেত্রে এড়িয়ে চলুন।
- হৃদস্পন্দনের সমস্যা, মায়াস্থেনিয়া গ্রাভিস ও মৃগী রোগে সতর্কতা প্রয়োজন।
