Mobifen is indicated for the treatment of:
Localised pain and inflammation such as sprains, muscle and joint pain.
Mobifen নিম্নলিখিত ক্ষেত্রে ব্যবহৃত হয়:

Diclofenac reduces inflammation; lidocaine numbs the area.

Dosage & Administrationমাত্রা ও সেবনবিধি
Dosage and administration of Mobifen:
- Topical: apply to the painful area two to three times daily.
- Injection forms are used as per the label under medical supervision.
Mobifen-এর মাত্রা ও সেবনবিধি:
- স্থানীয় প্রয়োগ: ব্যথার জায়গায় দিনে দুই থেকে তিনবার লাগান।

Interactionড্রাগ ইন্টারঅ্যাকশন
Mobifen may interact with:
Anticoagulants, aspirin and other NSAIDs, corticosteroids, ACE inhibitors/ARBs and diuretics, methotrexate, lithium.
Mobifen-এর সাথে যেসব ওষুধের ইন্টারঅ্যাকশন হতে পারে:
রক্ত পাতলা করার ওষুধ, অ্যাসপিরিন ও অন্য NSAID, কর্টিকোস্টেরয়েড, ACE ইনহিবিটর/ARB ও মূত্রবর্ধক, মেথোট্রেক্সেট, লিথিয়াম।
Contraindicationsপ্রতিনির্দেশনা
Mobifen should not be used in:
- Active ulcer or GI bleeding.
- Allergy to aspirin, NSAIDs or amide local anaesthetics.
- Third trimester of pregnancy.
- Do not apply to broken skin.

Possible side effects of Mobifen:
- Stomach pain, nausea, indigestion, ulcers and bleeding.
- Headache, dizziness, fluid retention, raised blood pressure.

Precautions while using Mobifen:
- Take with food; use the lowest effective dose for the shortest time.
- Caution in the elderly, hypertension, heart disease, kidney disease and asthma.
- Long-term high doses raise the risk of heart attack and stroke.

- খাবারের সাথে নিন; সর্বনিম্ন কার্যকর মাত্রা সর্বনিম্ন সময়ের জন্য ব্যবহার করুন।
- বয়স্ক, উচ্চ রক্তচাপ, হৃদরোগ, কিডনি রোগ ও হাঁপানিতে সতর্ক থাকুন।
