Mirotiv is indicated for the treatment of:
Peripheral neuropathic pain, including diabetic peripheral neuropathic pain and postherpetic neuralgia.

Dosage and administration of Mirotiv:
Adults: start 5 mg twice daily; increase by 5 mg every week to the usual 15 mg twice daily; reduce in kidney impairment.
