Indicationsনির্দেশনা
Melexa is indicated for the treatment of:
- Rheumatoid arthritis and psoriasis.
- Certain cancers such as acute lymphoblastic leukaemia (specialist).

Dosage and administration of Melexa:
- Rheumatoid arthritis and psoriasis: 7.5-25 mg taken ONCE A WEEK only, never daily, usually with folic acid on another day.
- Cancer regimens are specialist-directed.

Melexa may interact with:
NSAIDs, trimethoprim and co-trimoxazole, penicillins, proton pump inhibitors, alcohol, other liver-toxic drugs.

Melexa should not be used in:

- Severe liver or kidney impairment; bone marrow suppression; active serious infection; heavy alcohol use.
- Hypersensitivity.
