Indicationsনির্দেশনা
Maxpro is indicated for the treatment of:
- Gastro-oesophageal reflux disease (GERD) and erosive oesophagitis.
- Duodenal and gastric ulcer; H. pylori eradication with antibiotics.
- Prevention of NSAID-associated ulcers.
- Zollinger-Ellison syndrome.

Dosage & Administrationমাত্রা ও সেবনবিধি
Dosage and administration of Maxpro:
- Adults: 20-40 mg once daily, 30 minutes before a meal, for 4-8 weeks or as directed.
- IV form is used when oral treatment is not possible.

Maxpro should not be used in:
- Hypersensitivity to esomeprazole or other proton pump inhibitors.
- Use with rilpivirine or nelfinavir.

- Exclude stomach cancer before starting when alarm symptoms are present.
- Use the lowest effective dose for the shortest time.
- Long-term use may lower magnesium and vitamin B12.
