Lumertam is indicated for the treatment of:
Uncomplicated Plasmodium falciparum malaria.

Dosage & Administrationমাত্রা ও সেবনবিধি
Dosage and administration of Lumertam:
- Adults 35 kg and above: 4 tablets (artemether 20 mg + lumefantrine 120 mg each) at 0 and 8 hours, then twice daily for 2 more days (6 doses over 3 days), with fatty food or milk.
- Children: by weight band as per the label.

- প্রাপ্তবয়স্ক ৩৫ kg ও তার বেশি: ০ ও ৮ ঘণ্টায় ৪টি ট্যাবলেট (প্রতিটিতে আর্টিমেথার 20 mg + লুমেফ্যান্ট্রিন 120 mg), এরপর আরও ২ দিন দিনে দুইবার (৩ দিনে মোট ৬ মাত্রা), চর্বিযুক্ত খাবার বা দুধের সাথে।

- Severe malaria (needs IV treatment).
- QT prolongation or use with QT-prolonging drugs; hypersensitivity.

Headache, dizziness, nausea, loss of appetite, palpitations, joint and muscle pain.

Precautions & Warningsসতর্কতা
Precautions while using Lumertam:
- Take with fat-containing food or milk and complete all six doses.
- Repeat the dose if vomiting occurs within 1 hour.
Lumertam ব্যবহারের সময় সতর্কতা:
- চর্বিযুক্ত খাবার বা দুধের সাথে খান এবং ছয়টি মাত্রাই শেষ করুন।
- ১ ঘণ্টার মধ্যে বমি হলে মাত্রা আবার দিন।
