Lubicon is indicated for the treatment of:
- Chronic idiopathic constipation.
- Opioid-induced constipation.
- Irritable bowel syndrome with constipation in women.

Dosage and administration of Lubicon:
Adults: 24 mcg twice daily with food for constipation; 8 mcg twice daily for IBS with constipation.
