Lotensin is indicated for the treatment of:
Glaucoma and raised eye pressure.

Dosage and administration of Lotensin:
Eye drops: 1 drop of 0.25% or 0.5% in the affected eye twice daily; gel form once daily.

Oral beta blockers, verapamil, diltiazem, clonidine.

Lotensin should not be used in:
- Asthma, severe COPD.
- Slow heart rate, heart block, heart failure.
