Indicationsনির্দেশনা
Lospan is indicated for the treatment of:
- Muscle spasticity due to multiple sclerosis, spinal cord injury or disease.
- Painful muscle spasm.
Lospan নিম্নলিখিত ক্ষেত্রে ব্যবহৃত হয়:

Dosage & Administrationমাত্রা ও সেবনবিধি
Dosage and administration of Lospan:
- Adults: start 5 mg three times daily; increase gradually every 3 days to the usual 30-75 mg daily (maximum 100 mg).
- Reduce dose in kidney impairment; stop gradually.

- প্রাপ্তবয়স্ক: দিনে তিনবার 5 mg দিয়ে শুরু; প্রতি ৩ দিন অন্তর ধীরে ধীরে বাড়িয়ে সাধারণ দৈনিক 30-75 mg পর্যন্ত (সর্বোচ্চ 100 mg)।
- কিডনির কার্যক্ষমতা কম থাকলে মাত্রা কমাতে হবে; ধীরে ধীরে বন্ধ করুন।

- Hypersensitivity to baclofen.
- Caution in peptic ulcer.

- Sudden withdrawal can cause seizures and hallucinations.
