Indicationsনির্দেশনা
Lipidof is indicated for the treatment of:
- High triglycerides.
- Mixed dyslipidaemia and high cholesterol when a statin is unsuitable.

Pharmacologyফার্মাকোলজি
Activates PPAR-alpha, lowering triglycerides and raising HDL cholesterol.

Dosage & Administrationমাত্রা ও সেবনবিধি
Dosage and administration of Lipidof:
Adults: 145 mg (nanocrystal) or 160 mg (micronised) once daily with food; 200 mg once daily for the micronised 200 mg form.

Interactionড্রাগ ইন্টারঅ্যাকশন
Lipidof may interact with:
Warfarin (monitor INR), statins (muscle toxicity risk), ciclosporin.
Lipidof-এর সাথে যেসব ওষুধের ইন্টারঅ্যাকশন হতে পারে:
ওয়ারফারিন (INR পর্যবেক্ষণ করুন), স্ট্যাটিন (পেশির ক্ষতির ঝুঁকি), সাইক্লোস্পোরিন।
Contraindicationsপ্রতিনির্দেশনা
Lipidof should not be used in:
- Severe kidney or liver disease.
- Gallbladder disease.
- Allergy to fibrates or ketoprofen (sunlight reaction).
