Laxet is indicated for the treatment of:
- Short-term treatment of constipation.
- Bowel cleansing before examinations and surgery (as part of a regimen).

Dosage and administration of Laxet:
- Adults: 5-10 mg orally at bedtime, or a 10 mg suppository in the morning; bowel preparation regimens follow the product label.
- Children: lower doses by age.
