Indicationsনির্দেশনা
Klabex is indicated for the treatment of:
- Respiratory tract and ear, nose and throat infections.
- Skin and soft tissue infections.
- H. pylori eradication (with a proton pump inhibitor and another antibiotic).
- Mycobacterium avium complex infections.

Dosage & Administrationমাত্রা ও সেবনবিধি
Dosage and administration of Klabex:
- Adults: 250-500 mg every 12 hours for 7-14 days; H. pylori regimens use 500 mg twice daily together with other drugs.
- Reduce the dose in kidney impairment.
Klabex-এর মাত্রা ও সেবনবিধি:
- প্রাপ্তবয়স্ক: ৭-১৪ দিন প্রতি ১২ ঘণ্টা অন্তর 250-500 mg; এইচ. পাইলরি নির্মূলের নিয়মে অন্য ওষুধের সাথে দিনে দুইবার 500 mg।

Klabex should not be used in:
- Hypersensitivity to macrolides.
- History of QT prolongation.
- Use with ergot alkaloids, cisapride, pimozide, simvastatin or lovastatin, ticagrelor.

- Nausea, diarrhoea, abdominal pain, headache.
- Rare: QT prolongation, liver problems, severe allergy.
