Kcl is indicated for the treatment of:
Prevention and treatment of low blood potassium (hypokalaemia).

Dosage & Administrationমাত্রা ও সেবনবিধি
Dosage and administration of Kcl:
- Oral: 20-40 mmol (about 1.5-3 g) daily in divided doses with food and fluid, adjusted by blood tests.
- IV: only diluted, slowly (not more than 10-20 mmol per hour) with monitoring, in hospital.

Kcl should not be used in:
- High blood potassium.
- Severe kidney impairment, Addison's disease, severe dehydration; use with potassium-sparing diuretics unless monitored.
