Indicationsনির্দেশনা
Ivactin is indicated for the treatment of:
- Strongyloidiasis.
- Onchocerciasis (river blindness).
- Scabies and head lice (as per guidelines).
- Lymphatic filariasis (mass treatment programmes).

Dosage & Administrationমাত্রা ও সেবনবিধি
Dosage and administration of Ivactin:
- Strongyloidiasis: 200 mcg/kg as a single dose, repeated as advised.
- Scabies: 200 mcg/kg, repeated after 7-14 days.
- Take on an empty stomach with water.

- Hypersensitivity.
- Caution in people infected with Loa loa (risk of severe reactions).

- Not usually given to children under 15 kg or in pregnancy unless essential.
- Treat close contacts in scabies.
