Iso is indicated for the treatment of:
- Tuberculosis (with other drugs).
- Preventive treatment of latent tuberculosis.

Dosage and administration of Iso:
Adults: 5 mg/kg once daily (usually 300 mg), on an empty stomach, with pyridoxine 10-25 mg daily; as per national guidelines.
