Irolic is indicated for the treatment of:
- Iron and folate deficiency anaemia.
- Prevention of anaemia in pregnancy.

Dosage and administration of Irolic:
Adults: one tablet or capsule once or twice daily, as per the label (about 60-120 mg elemental iron with folic acid 0.5-5 mg).

Irolic may interact with:
Antacids, calcium, tetracyclines, quinolones, levothyroxine (separate by 2 hours); tea and coffee reduce absorption.
Irolic-এর সাথে যেসব ওষুধের ইন্টারঅ্যাকশন হতে পারে:
অ্যান্টাসিড, ক্যালসিয়াম, টেট্রাসাইক্লিন, কুইনোলোন, লেভোথাইরক্সিন (২ ঘণ্টা ব্যবধানে নিন); চা ও কফি শোষণ কমায়।

Irolic should not be used in:
- Iron overload, haemochromatosis.
- Untreated vitamin B12 deficiency (folic acid can mask it).
