Indicationsনির্দেশনা
Iprasol is indicated for the treatment of:
- Maintenance bronchodilator in COPD.
- Add-on in acute and chronic asthma (nebuliser).
- Runny nose (nasal spray).

Dosage & Administrationমাত্রা ও সেবনবিধি
Dosage and administration of Iprasol:
- Inhaler: 20-40 mcg three to four times daily.
- Nebuliser: 250-500 mcg three to four times daily.
- Nasal spray: 2 sprays per nostril two to three times daily.

- ইনহেলার: দিনে তিন থেকে চারবার ২০-৪০ মাইক্রোগ্রাম।

Other anticholinergic drugs; beta-agonists (additive benefit).

Hypersensitivity to atropine-like drugs.

Possible side effects of Iprasol:
- Dry mouth, cough, headache, bitter taste.
- Rare: urinary retention, worsening of glaucoma if mist enters the eyes.
