Indicationsনির্দেশনা
Inever is indicated for the treatment of:
- High blood pressure and angina.
- Heart rhythm disorders.
- Migraine prevention; essential tremor.
- Symptoms of overactive thyroid and somatic anxiety.
Inever নিম্নলিখিত ক্ষেত্রে ব্যবহৃত হয়:
- উচ্চ রক্তচাপ ও অ্যাঞ্জাইনা।
- হৃদস্পন্দনের অনিয়ম।
- মাইগ্রেন প্রতিরোধ; এসেনশিয়াল ট্রেমর।

Blocks beta receptors in the heart, slowing the heart rate and lowering blood pressure.
হৃৎপিণ্ডের বিটা রিসেপ্টর বন্ধ করে হৃদস্পন্দন ধীর করে ও রক্তচাপ কমায়।
Dosage & Administrationমাত্রা ও সেবনবিধি
Dosage and administration of Inever:
- Adults: hypertension 40-160 mg twice daily; angina 40 mg two to three times daily; migraine prevention 40-160 mg daily in divided doses; tremor 40 mg two to three times daily.
- Do not stop suddenly.
Inever-এর মাত্রা ও সেবনবিধি:
- প্রাপ্তবয়স্ক: উচ্চ রক্তচাপে দিনে দুইবার ৪০-১৬০ মিগ্রা; এনজাইনায় দিনে দুই থেকে তিনবার ৪০ মিগ্রা; মাইগ্রেন প্রতিরোধে ভাগ করে দিনে ৪০-১৬০ মিগ্রা; কাঁপুনিতে দিনে দুই থেকে তিনবার ৪০ মিগ্রা।
- হঠাৎ বন্ধ করবেন না।
Interactionড্রাগ ইন্টারঅ্যাকশন
Inever may interact with:
Verapamil, diltiazem, other antiarrhythmics, clonidine, insulin and oral antidiabetics, NSAIDs.
Inever-এর সাথে যেসব ওষুধের ইন্টারঅ্যাকশন হতে পারে:
ভেরাপামিল, ডিলটিয়াজেম, অন্য অ্যান্টিঅ্যারিদমিক, ক্লোনিডিন, ইনসুলিন ও মুখে খাওয়া ডায়াবেটিসের ওষুধ, NSAID।
Contraindicationsপ্রতিনির্দেশনা
Inever should not be used in:
- Asthma and severe COPD.
- Heart block, severe slow heart rate, cardiogenic shock, uncontrolled heart failure.
- Severe peripheral arterial disease.

Side Effectsপার্শ্বপ্রতিক্রিয়া
Possible side effects of Inever:
- Tiredness, cold hands and feet, slow heart rate, sleep disturbance, vivid dreams.
- Breathing difficulty in asthma; may mask signs of low blood sugar.

Precautions while using Inever:
- Do not stop suddenly.
- Caution in diabetes (may mask low blood sugar), asthma and peripheral arterial disease.
