Indicationsনির্দেশনা
Inclox is indicated for the treatment of:
- Skin and soft tissue infections such as boils, cellulitis and infected wounds.
- Bone and joint infections.
- Other infections caused by penicillinase-producing staphylococci.

Dosage & Administrationমাত্রা ও সেবনবিধি
Dosage and administration of Inclox:
- Adults: 250-500 mg every 6 hours, taken on an empty stomach (1 hour before food); severe infections need higher or injectable doses.
- Children: by body weight.

- প্রাপ্তবয়স্ক: প্রতি ৬ ঘণ্টা অন্তর 250-500 mg, খালি পেটে (খাবারের ১ ঘণ্টা আগে); গুরুতর সংক্রমণে বেশি মাত্রা বা ইনজেকশন লাগে।
- শিশু: ওজন অনুযায়ী।

- Nausea, diarrhoea, rash.
- Rare: cholestatic jaundice (may appear after treatment ends), severe allergy.

- Liver injury risk is higher in the elderly and with longer courses.
- Reduce dose in kidney impairment.
