Hyoscine Butylbromide is indicated for the treatment of:
- Cramping abdominal pain and spasm of the digestive tract.
- Irritable bowel syndrome; biliary and renal colic; painful periods.

Dosage and administration of Hyoscine Butylbromide:
Adults: oral 10-20 mg three to four times daily; injection 20 mg IM or slow IV, repeated after 30 minutes if needed (maximum 100 mg/day).

- Prostate enlargement with urinary retention.
- Intestinal obstruction, megacolon, myasthenia gravis.
