Indicationsনির্দেশনা
Gpentin is indicated for the treatment of:
- Partial seizures (add-on or single therapy).
- Postherpetic neuralgia and other neuropathic pain.

Dosage & Administrationমাত্রা ও সেবনবিধি
Dosage and administration of Gpentin:
- Neuropathic pain: day 1 300 mg, day 2 300 mg twice, day 3 300 mg three times; usual 900-3,600 mg/day in three divided doses.
- Epilepsy: 900-3,600 mg/day in three divided doses.
- Reduce in kidney impairment; stop gradually.

- স্নায়ুজনিত ব্যথা: প্রথম দিন 300 mg, দ্বিতীয় দিন দিনে দুইবার 300 mg, তৃতীয় দিন দিনে তিনবার 300 mg; সাধারণত তিন ভাগে দৈনিক 900-3,600 mg।
- মৃগী রোগ: তিন ভাগে দৈনিক 900-3,600 mg।
- কিডনির কার্যক্ষমতা কম থাকলে কমান; ধীরে ধীরে বন্ধ করুন।
