Gastalfet 1000 is indicated for the treatment of:
- Duodenal and gastric ulcer.
- Prevention of stress ulcers in critically ill patients.

Dosage and administration of Gastalfet 1000:
Adults: 1 g four times daily (1 hour before meals and at bedtime) or 2 g twice daily for 4-8 weeks.
