Indicationsনির্দেশনা
G Pefloxacin is indicated for the treatment of:
- Urinary tract infections and prostatitis.
- Respiratory tract, bone and joint infections.
- Typhoid fever.

Dosage and administration of G Pefloxacin:
Adults: 400 mg twice daily with meals; reduce in liver impairment.

G Pefloxacin should not be used in:
- Hypersensitivity to quinolones.
- History of tendon disorder with quinolones.

- Nausea, diarrhoea, headache, dizziness, rash.
- Tendon pain or rupture, nerve damage (tingling), mood changes, QT prolongation, blood sugar changes.
