G-Lidocaine 2% is indicated for the treatment of:
- Local anaesthesia: infiltration, nerve block, topical use on skin and mucous membranes, dental use.
- Ventricular heart rhythm disorders (IV, in hospital).

Dosage and administration of G-Lidocaine 2%:
- Dose depends on the procedure and site; use the lowest dose that gives adequate anaesthesia.
- Given only by trained personnel; the maximum adult dose without adrenaline is about 4.5 mg/kg (not more than 300 mg).

Contraindicationsপ্রতিনির্দেশনা
G-Lidocaine 2% should not be used in:
- Hypersensitivity to amide local anaesthetics.
- Severe heart block (for IV use).
- Do not inject into infected tissue.

- Reduce dose in the elderly, liver disease and heart failure.
