G-Fentanyl is indicated for the treatment of:
- Severe pain, including cancer pain (transdermal patch for opioid-tolerant patients).
- Analgesia during and after surgery (IV, hospital).

Dosage and administration of G-Fentanyl:
- Hospital: IV 25-100 mcg as directed.
- Patch: 12-100 mcg/hour, changed every 72 hours, only in patients already taking regular opioids.
