Flurazine is indicated for the treatment of:
- Schizophrenia and other psychoses.
- Severe anxiety (short-term).
- Severe nausea and vomiting.

- Adults: schizophrenia 5 mg twice daily, increased as needed; anxiety 2-4 mg daily in divided doses.

- Coma, severe central nervous system depression.
- Bone marrow suppression; phaeochromocytoma; severe liver disease.
