Femastin is indicated for the treatment of:
- Vaginal dryness and atrophy after menopause (local use).
- Menopausal urogenital symptoms.

Dosage and administration of Femastin:
Vaginal cream or pessary: 0.5 mg daily for 2-3 weeks, then 0.5 mg twice weekly as maintenance.

- Breast or endometrial cancer, or a history of them.
- Blood clots, undiagnosed vaginal bleeding, active liver disease; pregnancy.
