F-Zol is indicated for the treatment of:
- Vaginal candidiasis; oral and oesophageal candidiasis.
- Systemic candida infections.
- Cryptococcal meningitis.
- Prevention of fungal infection in at-risk patients; tinea infections.

Dosage and administration of F-Zol:
- Vaginal candidiasis: 150 mg as a single dose.
- Oral candidiasis: 50-100 mg daily for 7-14 days.
- Systemic infections: 200-400 mg daily as directed.
- Reduce dose in kidney impairment.
