Indicationsনির্দেশনা
Etonil is indicated for the treatment of:
- Osteoarthritis, rheumatoid arthritis and ankylosing spondylitis.
- Acute gouty arthritis.
- Acute musculoskeletal pain and painful periods.
Etonil নিম্নলিখিত ক্ষেত্রে ব্যবহৃত হয়:
- অস্টিওআর্থ্রাইটিস, রিউমাটয়েড আর্থ্রাইটিস ও অ্যানকাইলোজিং স্পন্ডিলাইটিস।
- তীব্র গাউট।
- পেশি-জয়েন্টের তীব্র ব্যথা ও মাসিকের ব্যথা।

Dosage & Administrationমাত্রা ও সেবনবিধি
Dosage and administration of Etonil:
- Adults: osteoarthritis 30-60 mg once daily; rheumatoid arthritis and ankylosing spondylitis 90 mg once daily; acute gout 120 mg once daily (up to 8 days); acute pain 60-90 mg once daily.
- Use the lowest effective dose for the shortest time.

- প্রাপ্তবয়স্ক: অস্টিওআর্থ্রাইটিসে দিনে একবার 30-60 mg; রিউমাটয়েড আর্থ্রাইটিস ও অ্যানকাইলোজিং স্পনডিলাইটিসে দিনে একবার 90 mg; তীব্র গাউটে দিনে একবার 120 mg (সর্বোচ্চ ৮ দিন); তীব্র ব্যথায় দিনে একবার 60-90 mg।

Warfarin, rifampicin, lithium, methotrexate, ethinylestradiol (oral contraceptives), aspirin and other NSAIDs, ACE inhibitors/ARBs, diuretics.

Etonil should not be used in:
- Active peptic ulcer or GI bleeding.
- Ischaemic heart disease, stroke, peripheral arterial disease or heart failure.
- Uncontrolled high blood pressure.
- Severe liver or kidney disease; third trimester of pregnancy.

Precautions while using Etonil:
- Take with food; use the lowest effective dose for the shortest time.
- Caution in the elderly, hypertension, heart disease, kidney disease and asthma.
- Long-term high doses raise the risk of heart attack and stroke.
