Indicationsনির্দেশনা
Esylax is indicated for the treatment of:
- Prevention and treatment of seizures in pre-eclampsia and eclampsia.
- Low blood magnesium.
- Severe acute asthma and some heart rhythm disorders (specialist).

Dosage & Administrationমাত্রা ও সেবনবিধি
Dosage and administration of Esylax:
- Eclampsia: loading dose 4-6 g IV over 15-20 minutes, then 1-2 g/hour by infusion; or an IM regimen as per local protocol.
- Hospital use with monitoring.

- এক্লাম্পসিয়া: ১৫-২০ মিনিটে IV তে 4-6 g লোডিং মাত্রা, এরপর ইনফিউশনে ঘণ্টায় 1-2 g; অথবা স্থানীয় প্রটোকল অনুযায়ী IM নিয়ম।
- পর্যবেক্ষণসহ হাসপাতালে ব্যবহার।

Contraindicationsপ্রতিনির্দেশনা
Esylax should not be used in:
- Myasthenia gravis.
- Heart block; severe kidney impairment (caution).

- Respiratory depression and heart block with high levels.

Precautions & Warningsসতর্কতা
Precautions while using Esylax:
- Monitor reflexes, breathing rate (above 12/min), urine output and blood levels.
- Calcium gluconate is the antidote and must be available.
