Indicationsনির্দেশনা
Ermet is indicated for the treatment of:
- Prevention and treatment of postpartum haemorrhage.
- Uterine subinvolution and bleeding after miscarriage.

Pharmacologyফার্মাকোলজি
Causes strong, sustained contraction of the womb muscle.
জরায়ুর পেশির জোরালো ও দীর্ঘস্থায়ী সংকোচন ঘটায়।
Dosage & Administrationমাত্রা ও সেবনবিধি
Dosage and administration of Ermet:
- Injection: 0.2 mg IM or slow IV after delivery of the placenta or for haemorrhage.
- Oral: 0.125-0.25 mg two to three times daily for a few days.
- Hospital or supervised use.
Ermet-এর মাত্রা ও সেবনবিধি:
- ইনজেকশন: গর্ভফুল বের হওয়ার পর বা রক্তক্ষরণে ০.২ মিগ্রা পেশিতে বা ধীরে শিরায়।
- মুখে: কয়েক দিন দিনে দুই থেকে তিনবার ০.১২৫-০.২৫ মিগ্রা।
- হাসপাতালে বা তত্ত্বাবধানে ব্যবহার করুন।

Ermet may interact with:
CYP3A4 inhibitors (macrolides, azole antifungals, protease inhibitors), vasoconstrictors, triptans.
Ermet-এর সাথে যেসব ওষুধের ইন্টারঅ্যাকশন হতে পারে:
CYP3A4 প্রতিরোধক (ম্যাক্রোলাইড, অ্যাজোল ছত্রাকনাশক, প্রোটিয়েজ ইনহিবিটর), রক্তনালি সংকোচনকারী ওষুধ, ট্রিপটান।
Contraindicationsপ্রতিনির্দেশনা
Ermet should not be used in:
- High blood pressure, pre-eclampsia, eclampsia.
- Before delivery of the baby; pregnancy.
- Severe heart, liver or kidney disease; sepsis.
